Here are some important word of vocab from The Hindu .

  1. Postulate - (VERB) - स्वय सिद्ध मान लेना
  Synonyms - posit, guess
  ANTONYMS - Reject, deny

Example - Freud postulate that we all have a death instinct.

  2. Gehenna (NOUN) - कष्ट

  SYNONYMS - Misery, nightmare
  ANTONYMS - Heaven, Bliss

Example - The survivors of the wreck face a different kind of Gehenna.

   3. Pausation (NOUN) - रुकावट

   SYNONYMS - Hiatus, interruption
   ANTONYMS - Continuation, closure

Example - You have to finish the task without pausation.

    4. Sausive ( ADJECTIVE) - समझाने बुझाने वाला 

    ANTONYMS - ineffective, invalid
    SYNONYMS - compelling, convincing

Example - Ministers of the religion as well as physicians have always wielded the authority of sausive power.

    5. Razz (verb) - चिढ़ाना
   
     ANTONYMS - respect, honour
     SYNONYMS - jest, joke

Example - I take him at his word that this was basically locker - room, talk -  a joke, meant to razz other players.

   6. Monstrous (ADJECTIVE) - राक्षसी
   
    ANTONYMS - moral, sensible
    SYNONYMS - heinous, atrocious

Example - It is monstrous how badly he is treated.
